If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day exchange policy, and refunds only for damaged or incorrect items.
Eligibility
You may request an exchange or refund if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including jewellery cards, box, and inserts)
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only to orders that arrive damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer within 3–7 business days
- You must provide unboxing video + photos as proof (anti-fraud requirement)
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed for change of mind, style, or size
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value (difference paid by customer)
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale and clearance items
- Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer.

- Share your order number and product photos / unboxing video
- Our team will guide you through the process
