• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds apply only to orders that arrive damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer within 3–7 business days
• You must provide unboxing video + photos as proof (anti-fraud requirement)

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed for change of mind, style, or size
• Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value (difference paid by customer)
